The property is located 10 minutes by car from the Rasquera al Perelló road and at kilometer 14. Rasquera is 15 minutes away and the beach at l'Ametlla de Mar is approximately 30 minutes away.
On the ground there was an old farmhouse, Mas de Planero, which was in a state of ruin, and is going to be completely renovated between 2015 and 2016.
